针对培养适应市场需求的、具有高技能的汽车检测与维修技术职业技术人才,提出了在"工学结合"的基础上,以"技能为导向"的人才培养模式。该人才培养模式突出职业技能的培养,设置典型工作任务为载体的教学情境,遵循"校企一体、职业技能训练不间断"的原则。

To train highly skillful and professional talents of vehicle inspection and repair that can meet the reg- virements of marhet, this article proposes a personnel cultirating mode of skill - oriented combination of learning and working. The mode lays stress on cltivating professional skills, and arranging a teaching scenario of fulfiling typical tasks, by adhering to the principle of ＂integrating schools with enterprises and training professional skills ceaselessly＂.
