消妇炎胶囊对体内外实验性女性生殖系统炎症的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Xiaofuyan capsules on infection of female reproductive system in vivo and in vitro

摘要 目的研究消妇炎胶囊对体内外实验性女性生殖道炎症的治疗作用。方法 SD雌性大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,妇炎康组(3.0 g.kg-1)和消妇炎低、中、高剂量组(分别为0.25、0.5、1.0 g.kg-1)。制备大鼠阴道炎和宫颈炎、输卵管炎模型,观察其形态学改变。采用肉芽组织增生、毛细血管通透性实验观察消妇炎胶囊对生殖道炎症的抗炎作用;利用体外抗菌实验观察消妇炎胶囊对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌作用。结果消妇炎中、高剂量能减轻大鼠阴道炎和宫颈炎、输卵管炎模型的炎症,对棉球腹股沟下埋藏所致的肉芽组织增生有明显抑制作用,并能抑制醋酸所致的毛细血管通透性增加;对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌和大肠杆菌有抗菌作用。结论消妇炎胶囊对实验性生殖道炎症有治疗作用。 AIM To investigate the effects of Xiaofuyan capsules on infection of the 'female system. METHODS SD female rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Fuyankang reproductive (3.0 g·kg-1) group, and Xiaofuyan capsules (0.25, 0.5, 1.0 g·kg-1) groups. Rat vaginitis and cervicitis model were made by application of phenol to the distal vaginal lumen. Salpingitis model were induced by mixed bacteria culture. Pathological changes were detected on genital tract inflammation were by HE staining. The anti-inflammatory effects of Xiaofuyan capsules observed through Cotton-induced granuloma and capillary permeation experiments. The anti-bacterial effects of Xiaofuyan capsules on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus anu Escherichia coll. were detected via anti-bacterial experiment in vivo. RESULTS The middle and high-dose Xiaofuyan capsules could reduce inflammation of rat vaginitis, cervicitis and salpingitis model, and attenuate granuloma, inhibit acetic acid-induced capillary permeability, and have anti-bacterial effects against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, and Escherichia coll. CONCLUSION Xiaofuyan capsules have the protective effects on experimental genital tract infection.
