Temperature control of the fume of external combustion type tunnel kiln in rebaking electrodes

在外然式隧道窑焙烧生产控制中,为确保生产连续和焙烧温度的稳定,对隧道窑焙烧热烟气实施有效地控制,将隧道窑焙烧热烟气温度控制与隧道窑燃烧室和隧道窑加热区焙烧带的温度控制紧密联系起来,实施有效地结合与统一。结果表明,隧道窑焙烧温度实现超前控制使生产稳定,设备使用周期相应延长,达到节能减排的目的。

The hot fume of external combustion type tunnel kiln for rebaking electrodes was controlled in order to stabilize the baking temperature and the continuous production,which means that the control of the temperature of the hot fume of the rebaking tunnel kiln was combined with the control of the temperature both for the combustor and the heating zone.The results showed that the temperature of rebaking tunnel kiln was controlled anticipatorily,which could be helpful to stabilize the production,prolong the use period,and achieve the purpose of energy conservation.
