应用交沙霉素(400mg,tid,po,1-2wk)治疗呼吸道感染30例,总有效率77％,痊愈率40％。不同病种疗效无显著差异。未见明显副反应,对肝、肾功能亦无影响。本品适用于革兰阳性细菌和支原体等引起的各种呼吸道感染。

Thirty patients suffering from respiratory tract infections were treated by josamycin 400mg,tid,po for l-2wk,The total efficacy was 77%, the cure rate was 40% with no significant difference in various respiratory tract infections. No obvious adverse reactions, hepatic or renal impairments were seen. This drug was proper for treating various respiratory tract infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma.
