摘要
文章从企业为什么引入激励机制入手,阐述了要以员工的切身需要为前提进行有效激励,并且用科学的评价体系来保障激励机制的有效实施,根据不同企业的规模、特点、企业文化等方面选择适合的激励机制,并对激励中容易出现的误区进行了阐述。
This paper starts with why an enterprise introduces stimulation mechanism, following the elaboration that the employees need to he effectively stimulated based on their in-need demands, and a scientific evaluation system need to be used to guarantee the effec tive implementation of stimulation mechanism.A compatible stimulation mechanism should be chosen according to the enterprise size, feature and culture and so on.Some misunderstandings that easily arise in stimulation was also elaborated in this paper.
