摘要 近年来,企业过度投资等投资低效甚至失败的事件屡屡发生,严重阻碍了我国上市企业前进的步伐。 In recent years, corporate investment in inefficient over-investment,or even failure has occurred frequently,this has seriously hindered the pace of China＇s listed companies.
