盆腔器官脱垂患者盆膈裂孔的三维超声影像学研究 被引量:6

摘要 盆底功能障碍性疾病(pelvic floor dysfunction,PFD)是以盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organp rolapse,POP)、压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)为主要症状的盆底结构功能异常的一组征候群。据调查盆腔器官脱垂在女性围绝经期的发病率已经上升到16%。当前,以盆底疾病为中心的多学科整合,妇科泌尿学和盆底重建外科学正在快速发展。而影像学检查技术作为盆底疾病的研究已成为必不可缺的手段,随着超声技术的不断发展,
