斑点追踪技术评价肺动脉高压患者左心室收缩同步性的研究
摘要
肺动脉高压患者中左心室腔的变形及室间隔的矛盾运动会导致左心室节段运动同步性的改变。最新的组织多普勒技术研究为量化室壁的节段性功能提供了可靠的测量方法,已经广泛运用到心脏的机械性失同步运动研究中[1]。
