微血管减压术治疗老年面肌痉挛病人的临床疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 面肌痉挛（Hemifacial spasm,HFS）是面神经支配的一侧面肌短暂的、间歇的、反复发作的、无法自主控制的面部肌肉收缩。按其发病原因,将HFS分为原发性和继发性两种。原发性HFS指不能发现相关的器质性病变者。
