皮瓣修复治疗手及前臂皮肤烧伤瘢痕的疗效观察

Clinical observation of treat for hand and forearm skin flap for repair of burn scar

目的:探讨皮瓣修复治疗手及前臂皮肤烧伤瘢痕的方法及临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2008年12月～2011年2月收治的30例手及前臂皮肤烧伤瘢痕30例患者的临床资料,该组患者均采用腹股沟皮瓣修复治疗,修复面积在5cm×8cm～10cm×16cm,总结该组患者的临床疗效。结果:皮瓣全部成活,创口全部Ⅰ期愈合,随访3～12个月,皮瓣质地良好,手及前臂外观较为满意,各关节活动基本正常,无明显功能障碍。结论:腹股沟皮瓣用于修复手及前臂皮肤缺损瘢痕效果满意,且皮瓣切除方便,血供丰富,方法简便安全。

Objective： To explore method and clinical curative effect of treatment with skin flap hand and forearm burned skin scar. Methods： Seleced 30 patients from December 2008 to February 2011 those were hand and forearm burned skin scar, this group of patients all used the groin flap to repair treatment, repair the area in 5 cm×8 cm-10 cm×16 cm, summarized the clinical curative effect of this group of patients. Results： All flaps survived completely, wound healing all stage I follow-up of 3 to 12 months, the flap to its good quality, hand and forearm appearance more satisfied. Conclusion： Groin flap used to repair the hand and forearm skin defect scar, and the result is satisfactory flaps, blood supply convenient resection rich, safe and convenient method.
