我院医务人员药品不良反应认知度调查与分析

The investigation and analysis of the ADR recognition of the medical workers in our hospital

目的:了解现阶段本院医务人员对药品不良反应(ADR)的认知度情况,结合实际,进一步完善本院ADR报告与监测工作。方法:对本院医务人员随机发放药品不良反应知识调查问卷273份,并将收集到的调查问卷进行整理与分析。结果:89.1%的医务人员认为上市后的药品存在不良反应,90.8%的医务人员曾遇到过不良反应,100.0%的医务人员认为有必要报告药品不良反应,87.2%的医务人员认为报告不良反应是本身的职责所在,但只有58.2%的医务人员曾经报告过药品不良反应,仅有60.1%的医务人员认为药品的正常用法用量是引起药品不良反应的因素。结论:本院医务人员对药品不良反应概念的认知及上报意识有待进一步提高,应继续加强宣传和培训,从而提高药品不良反应报告与监测工作的水平和质量。

Objective： To know the public awareness of medical personnels on adverse drug reactions （ADR） at this stage in our hospital, and to further improve our hospital ADR reporting and monitoring with the actual. Methods： 273 knowledge questionnaires of adverse drug reactions were issued randomly to medical personnels in our hospital, and then were done classification and analysis. Results： 89.1% medical personnels considered that there were adverse reactions of drug post-marketing, 90.8% had encountered, and 100.0% believed that it necessary to report adverse drug reactions, 87.2% feeled that it＇s their duty to report adverse reactions, nevertheless only 58.2% medical personnels had reported adverse drug reactions, while only 60.1% regarded the normal dosage of drugs as the factors caused by adverse drug reactions. Conclution： It has to strengthen the cognitiving concepts, the awareness to report adverse drug reactions, the publicity and the training, therefore improve the level and quality of reporting and monitoring adverse drug reactions.
