血液透析治疗肾病综合征急性肾衰竭的效果分析

Effect analysis of the kidney syndrome acute renal failure treatment used blood dialysis

目的：探讨血液透析治疗肾病综合征急性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法：将本院2009年12月~2010年12月收治的肾综合征急性肾功能衰竭的80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用间歇性血液透析治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、内生肌酐（Ccr）的水平以及半年内的存活率。结果：治疗组的半年存活率、Scr、BUN、Ccr的改善显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：血液透析治疗肾病综合症急性肾功能衰竭的效果较好,可降低病死率。

Objective： To study the effect about the kidney syndrome acute renal failure treatment used blood dialysis. Methods： Seleced 80 patients from our hospital from December 2009 to December 2010, the kidney syndrome were acute renal failure, then randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group was used by routine treatment, the treatment group was used intermittent hemodialysis treatment on the basis of the control group, compared before and after treatment （Scr） in serum creatinine, urea nitrogen （BUN）, endogenous creatinine （Ccr） level and the survival rate of half a year between the two groups. Results： The treatment group of half an year survival rate, Scr, BUN, the improvement of the Ccr was significantly better than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Blood dialysis treatment of acute renal failure nephrotic syndrome effect is good, it can reduce mortality.
