雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素和中医药联合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的疗效观察

The effect of clarithromycin, rabeprazole combined with traditional chinese in the treatment of Hp correlation peptic ulcer

目的探讨雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、中医药联合治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将96例消化性溃疡Hp阳性患者随机分成两组，治疗组49例给予西药联合中药方案治疗，对照组47例单纯给予西药方案治疗。（1）西药方案：雷贝拉唑20mg，早晨空腹服，1次／d，克拉霉素0．5g，口服，2次／d，14d为一疗程；（2）中药方案：黄芪15g，白术10g，白芍10g，茯苓10g，丹参10g，黄芩10g，枳实10g，陈皮10g，半夏6g，黄连3g，甘草6g，每日1剂，共14d。结果治疗组Hp根除率高于对照组，临床疗效亦优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、中医药联合疗法不仅能获得较高的Hp根除率，对改善临床症状也有良好作用，且药物的副反应少。

Objective To explore the effect of clarithromycin, rabeprazole combined with traditional chinese in the treatment of Hp correlation peptic ulcer. H. p salvage therapy increased to eradicate rate and improve the clinical symptoms and western medicine side effects. Methods 96 patients with Hp correlation peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The Control group（47 cases） were given western medicine scheme. The treatment group（49 cases） combine Chinese medicine scheme with western medicine scheme treatment. （ 1 ） Western medicine scheme Clarithromyein 0.5 g. Bid . po Rabeprazole 20 mg. qd. po,daily 1 time altogether 14 days. （2） Traditional Chinese medicine plan： Radix astragali 15 g, Bai Zhu 10 g, root of herbaceous peony 10 g, Poris cocos 10 g, salvia mihiorrhiza 10 g, Huang Qin 10 g, is dried 10 g, dried orange peel 10g, Dinellia 6 g. Chinese goldthread rhizome 3 g. licorice 6 g. daily 1 time altogether 14 davs. Results Annlication Clarithromycin,＂ Rabeprazole combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy can increase Hp eradication rates, clinical effect of two groups show the difference between with a statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Application Clarithromycin, Rabeprazole combined with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy can not only obtain higher Hp eradication rate and improve the clinical symptoms, and has the good function of drug side effects decrease.
