正压通气对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并脑卒中患者的血流变影响
摘要
目的观察持续正压通气对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并脑卒中患者的血流变影响。方法选择门诊及住院患者56例，经PSG及头颅CT确诊为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征及脑血管意外，每晚进行10h持续正压通气，对比治疗前后血液流变学指标差异。结果治疗前后血液流变学指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论持续气道正压通气可改善睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并脑卒中患者的血流变状况。
