摘要
目的探讨人性化管理在产科护理中的临床应用价值。方法2009年6月~2010年6月在本院产科分娩的380例产妇,按是否接受人性化管理分为研究组和对照组。分析比较两组产妇的满意程度、护理及喂养情况、母婴并发症发生情况。结果两组的满意程度、护理及喂养情况、母婴并发症发生情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论人性化管理的护理服务,要求以“以人为本”的关怀方式去护理母婴,在护理过程中做到细微、认真、耐心,可以提高产科的护理质量,并通过到位的细节服务赢得产科患者的信任和配合。
Objective To explore the clinical value of humanistic management in obstetric care. Methods 380 maternal were collected, and were divided into study group and control group according to whether accepted the humanistic management or not. Then compared the maternal satisfaction with care, feeding conditions, maternal complications of two groups by statistical analysis. Results The differences of maternal satisfaction with care, feeding conditions, maternal complications between two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion The humanistic management can improve the quality of obstetric care and has won the trust and cooperation of obstetric patients.
