摘要
结合广州某区大型国有企业高管人员选拔所采用的公文筐测试,利用数据统计分析技术,包括相关分析、多重线性分析、探索性因素分析等方法,综合分析研究公文筐测试的信效度。结果表明,公文筐测试具有良好的信度(α信度系数为0.902);各维度之间的相关为0.317-0.825,维度得分与总分之间的相关为0.677-0.901;多重线性分析结果显示,各维度间不存在共线性。探索性因素分析的数据指标表明,各项拟合指标均达到理想水平,结构效度较好。
To analyze and study the reliability and validity of In-Basket Test by combining the Test applied in selecting executives for a large state- owned enterprise in a district of Guangzhou. Com- prehensive utilization of data analysis es, inclu- ding correlation analysis, multiple linear analysis, exploratory factor analysis, analysis of reliability and validity of test results. This In- Basket Test has good reliability (with a reliability coefficient of 0. 902) ; The correlation coefficient between va- rious dimensions is 0. 317 -0. 825, scores and to- tal score contain a correlation coefficient between 0. 677 - 0. 901 ; multiple linear analysis shows that collinearity does not exist between various dimen- sions of linear. Exploratory factor analysis of data indicators illustrates that each fit index has a- chieved the desired level of good construct validi- ty. In- Basket Test used in the executive selection test has good reliability and validity.
