司法考试与法学本科教育的矛盾分析

我国司法考试制度从2002年开始实施至今已将近10年,司法考试制度为国家选拔法律人才形成了统一的标准。近年来,尤其是2008年允许法学本科应届毕业生参加司法考试后,司法考试制度对法学教育形成了前所未有的挑战,并形成教学中矛盾问题,法学教育已经无法回避司法考试这个大背景。同时,司法考试也为法学教育工作提出了新的课题。

Nearly 10years has passed , since the judicial examination started in 2002. Judicial examination sets a unified standard for country to select legal talents. Especially in 2008, seniors were allowed to participate in this exam , it provides a great challenge to legal education ,legal education can not avoid the background of judicial examination . At the same time ,judicial examination raised a new problem to legal education.
