黑龙江省体教专业学生顶岗实习支教现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Students Major in Physical Education Teaching Practice in Heilongjiang Province

通过对黑龙江省5所高校体育教育专业225名同学实施问卷调查,结合文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法等研究方法,对黑龙江省顶岗实习支教现状进行分析与研究,研究结果表明,顶岗实习内容以体育教学、运动竞赛、体育管理等工作为主;影响参加顶岗实习支教因素主要有"顶岗实习支教学习效果不明"、"评价机制不具有激励性与科学性"、"未能达到学校要求标准";实习生们普遍认为"管理能力"、"教学能力"、"运动能力"是实习过程中最为欠缺的能力。

Through questionnaire investigation ,225 students who major in physical education of 5 colleges in Heilongjiang Province were examined. The main methods the author used are documentation method, Delphi technique, fieldwork, etc. The situation of students who major in physical education teaching practice in Heilongajiang Province was researched. The results show that,Contents of practice are physical education teaching,sports competition, sports management in the main. Factors affect ing the students practice consist of ones which are ＂the learning effect is unknown＂, ＂Evaluation mechanism is not scientific＂, ＂Did not reach the required standard＂. The lack of abilities during the internship are ： ＂management ability＂, ＂teaching ability＂ ＂sports ability＂.
