大型汽轮机在线性能监测诊断系统关键技术及应用

On-line Performance Monitoring Diagnosis System Key Technology and Application for Large Steam Turbine

分析大型汽轮机在线性能监测诊断系统研发中数据预处理、汽轮机排汽焓计算、能耗诊断模块化设计等关键技术的难点,提出相应的解决措施,介绍应用这些技术研发的大型汽轮机在线性能监测诊断系统在某机组上进行性能计算和能耗诊断的情况,结果与机组运行实际状况相符。

Some existing questions in on line performance monitoring and diagnosis system for steam turbine are analyzed,including data pretreatment,turbine steam enthalpy calculation, energy cost diagnosis module design, and corresponding solving methods are proposed, the performance calculation and energy cost diagnosis of ＂on-line performance monitoring and diagnosis system for large steam turbine＂ in some unit are introduced,the result is according with the real operation instance.
