35kV电容器断路器误遥控原因分析

摘要 针对某500 kV变电站调试过程中,AVC遥控35 kV电容器断路器发生误遥控的问题,通过远动机遥控历史记录检查和远动机与AVC主站通信异常分析,认为误遥控的原因是远动机与AVC主站TCP连接建立异常和远动双机组态设置中遥控顺序表不一致,并提出遥控试验过程中的防范措施。 The fault remote controlling of 35 kV breaker in the AVC commissioning in a 500 kV substation is analyzed. After analysis on the record of remote controlling in RTUs and the communication process between the AVC master and sub-station,the cause that the abnormal TCP connection and the inconsistent number of remote control in RTU configurations is proposed. The preventive measures during remote eontrot test are also presented.
