摘要
介绍输电铁塔质量监造过程中发现的问题,分析认为制造过程缺乏监管是造成该问题的原因,并从监造协议、监造大纲的拟定,生产前、生产过程监造,出厂前抽样检测等环节提出处理建议。
For existing the problems in quality manufacture supervision of transmission tower, analyzes the reasons and some detailed dealing suggestions are proposed for supervision agreement, framework, process and feedback, to provide reference for protect the safe operation of power grids.
