摘要
南岭天蚕是一种珍惜的野生物种,研究该物种资源的合理利用,对开发利用纤维资源有重要的现实意义。本试验采用低温保护天蚕种卵,探讨南岭天蚕种卵的耐寒性及对孵化率的影响。结果表明:南岭天蚕种卵具有一定的耐寒性,可抵御-22℃的低温。不同的保护温度对孵化率有显著的差异性,当保护温度超越胚胎的生理界限时,胚胎将会因冻害而死亡,影响孵化率。对南岭天蚕种卵的保护温度,可确定在以0℃为中心,0℃±5℃具有安全性,不会产生冻害。
Nanling giant silkworm is a valuable wild species. Therefore, there is an important practical significance to develop and utilize the fabrics that are derived from this species. The method that the Giant Silkworm eggs were protected at low temperature was adopted to investigate the low-temperature resistance feature and hatchability of the species. The results showed that the eggs could tolerate -22℃. Different protecting temperatures have significantly effects on the hatchability. The embryos would die and the hatchability was seriously affected when temperature was beyond the physical protecting temperature limitation. The Nanling Giant Silkworm eggs would not be damaged by cold if they were stored at the 0℃ with the deviation of 0℃±5℃.
