摘要
用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对玉蜀黍叶的挥发油进行了分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从玉蜀黍叶中提取挥发油。按峰面积归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对化学成分进行鉴定。共鉴定了18个成分,占挥发油总量的57.64%以上。本研究首次对玉蜀黍叶中挥发油进行了分析,为玉蜀黍叶的进一步开发提供了依据。
The chemical components of the essential oil from leaves of Zea mays L were analyzed by GC-MS. Method: The essential oil was extracted from leaves of Zea mays L by steam distillation, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The components separated were identified by GC-MS. There were 18component s that were composed of about 57.64% of the total essential oil being separated and identified. It is the first for the investigation and provides scientific data for further study.
