摘要
目前针对教师书面反馈学生作业行为的有效性研究仅以学生的收益为衡量指标,未将教师的工作量成本纳入分析框架。本研究引入经济学中“成本-收益”概念,确定教师书面反馈行为的成本和收益因子,通过问卷调查、访谈和相关性分析,揭示出大学英语教师书面反馈作业的行为虽有一定收益,对学生英语学习有一定帮助,但教师投入的时间成本较高,且与学生的学习进步相关性不显著,总体效率不高。
By introducing the economic conception of "cost-benefit", this study determines the cost and benefit of teacher' s behavior of written feedback as sequential variables. The questionnaire, interviews, and correlation analysis reveal that in College English course, the efficiency of teacher' s behavior of written feedback is beneficial and helpful to students' English learning, but the teachers' time cost is high, and the time cost and the improvement of students' learning are insignificantly correlated. The overall efficiency is low.
