摘要 混凝土升温过程中,内部温度高于表面温度,表面产生温差拉应力,可能出现表面裂缝,反之,降温过程内部出现裂缝。通过对大体积混凝土的温度和应变监测,调控养护蒸汽温度,有效控制大体积混凝土内外温差,减小温度应力,从而达到减少裂缝的目的。 During temperature rising in massive concrete, temperature inside rises higher than outside, and temperature difference results in thermal tensile stress and crack in surface, otherwise crack inside emerges when temperature inside falls. Via monitoring temperature and strain inside massive concrete, adjusting vapor cure temperature, we can control the thermal difference between temperature inside concrete and temperature outside concrete effectively, and reduces thermal stress and crack in massive concrete successfully.
