摘要
就业满意度是衡量大学毕业生就业效果的主观指标,也是大学生对自身就业状况的综合评价指标。文章从心理学、博弈论、利益相关者理论等角度对大学生就业满意度的内涵及特征进行了剖析,以期对大学生就业满意度的概念、内涵和特征有一个比较全面的了解。
The job satisfaction is the subjective indicatorsa to measuring the effect of employment of college graduates, also a comprehensive evaluation index of the situation of their own employment. The article analyzed the meaning and characteristics of job satisfaction of university students from the point of views of the psychology, game theory, stakeholder theory, in hopes to comprehensively understand the concept of job satisfaction, meaning and characteristics.
