摘要
本文采用心理状况调查问卷和自编开放式问卷进行整群抽样调查,了解高校辅导员心理压力状况。注重人文关爱和心理疏导,这样有助于缓解高校辅导员的职业压力,提升职业能力和职业认同感。
This paper bases itself on open- ended questionnaire surveys on advisors' mental status. It notes that humanistic care and psychological counseling can help reduce college advisors' occupational stress and promote their occupational ability and sense of identity.
