高等学校包括高职院校是大学生党员培养、教育和发展的重要阵地,加强和改进大学生党员发展工作、把大批优秀青年学生凝聚到党的队伍和事业中来、为党的事业培养可靠接班人是扩大党的影响、加强党的组织建设的必由之路。

Institutes of higher learning, including vocational colleges, are the forefronts of recruitment and cultivation of Party members. The only way to amplify the Party＇s influence and strengthen the Party construction is to improve the recruitment work, drawing large numbers of excellent youths to the team and preparing reliable successors for the cause of the Party.
