聚丙烯管材专用料PA14D弯曲弹性模量测定的影响因素

摘要 讨论了聚丙烯管材专用料PA14D试样的制备条件、状态调节等对材料弯曲弹性模量测定结果的影响,并对熔流比、乙烯基含量等因素与产品力学性能的关系进行了探讨。从而得出在众多影响因素中,任何一环出现问题,都有可能引起数据测定的偏差,而保证最优化的注塑条件是重中之重,其次保证合适的状态调节以及乙烯基含呈和这《熔流比都是必需的。 It was discussed that the detection results in flexural modulus of elasticity in sample of the PA14D was influenced by the preparation conditions, regulation of the parameters, the relationship between the mechanical properties and the melt flow ratio (MFR), vinyl content and other factors investigated. The results showed that problems appeared in any steps may cause the deviations of data measurement. It is the most important to ensure the optimum molding conditions, furthermore it is essential to confirm conditioning atmospheres, optimal MFR and vinyl contents.
