It was introduced that hardware construction and pattern design in simulation training system used for 1 Mt/a aromatics complex plant, and application of the system in the starting and operation. The system was based on technology of the plant and the control features closely, not only the data was provided to optimize the operating parameters for the plant, but also the production conditions investigated and analyzed. The system played an important role to improve ability of the staff to dispose of emergency response and daily operational skills played an important role.
