摘要
采用UOP工艺的中沙(天津)石化有限公司苯酚丙酮装置是目前国内生产能力最大的苯酚丙酮装置。该公司首次使用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)作为氧化反应的引发剂并生产出合格产品。与传统的引发剂过氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)相比,DCP在装填操作、安全性能、对氧化反应的影响及废弃物处理等方面均优于CHP。DCP的成功应用为生产苯酚丙酮产品提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。
The dicumyl peroxide (DCP) is qualified products in author's phenol-acetone applied firstly as initiator for oxidizing reaction to manufacture plant which has the largest production capacity in China and made from technology of UOP. Compared with traditional initiator cumene hydroperoxide (CHP), DCP as the initiator is better than CHP in the loading operation, safety performance, the impact to oxidizing reaction and waste treatment. The successful application of DCP have provided valuable experiences for producer of phenol and acetone.
