西部地方高校师资队伍建设面临的问题及对策——基于对X大学的研究 被引量:8

摘要 地方高校是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,但师资队伍薄弱制约了地方高等学校的可持续发展。通过对X大学师资队伍的数量、质量和结构等现状及高水平教学科研平台缺失、地域优势缺失、成长环境比较差、投入优势不足等成因进行分析研究,认为西部地方高校应制定科学的师资队伍建设规划,加大高层次人才引进和培养力度,构建高水平教学科研平台,努力改善教职工教学、科研条件,为人才成长营造良好的环境。 Local colleges and universities are an important part of Chinese higher education. However, the weakening of faculty building has restricted the sustainable development of the local colleges and universities. In order to build up a good environment for talents, the author puts forward some measures to improve the conditions for teaching and research activities. The research is based on the status of the number, quality and structure of faculty in X university and also on the analysis of the deficiency in the high level teaching platform, the loss of geographical advantages, poor self-development environment and inadequate input.
