摘要
瑜伽与普拉提都是时下比较流行的健身项目,近年来,随着人们健身意识的增强,瑜伽与普拉提这两种健身项目在国内健身行业中相当流行,许多人借助瑜伽和普拉提训练,以保持自己的身心健康。但人们对于瑜伽与普拉提并不十分了解,甚至将瑜伽与普拉提混为一谈,从而没有达到预想的健身效果,事倍功半。文章从瑜伽与普拉提的起源、练习形式、练习效果等方面出发,将两种健身项目进行深入浅出的比较,以指导人们更好地进行锻炼,更有针对性地达到强身健体的目的。
Yoga and pilates are popular fitness programs at present;and in recent years,along with the increasing awareness of fitness,yoga and pilates have grown prettily popular in the fitness industry of China,by means of which many people improve their physical and mental health.However,yoga and pilates are not very familiar to many people,and worse still,yoga and pilates confuse people to some extent,not resulting in intended desire for fitness.This paper makes a definite comparison between yoga and pilates in terms of the origin,practice forms,and practice effects of these two fitness programs with a view to guiding people to all the better build their bodies.
