巨噬细胞移动抑制因子与血管内皮生长因子-C在乳腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor and vascular endothelial growth factor-C in breast carcinoma and its clinical significance

摘要 目的:检测巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)与血管内皮生长因子-C(vascularendothelial growth factor C,VEGF-C)在乳腺癌和癌旁正常组织中的表达及相关性,并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学EliVision法,检测75例乳腺癌和对应癌旁正常组织中MIF和VEGF-C表达水平,并分析它们的表达与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:MIF、VEGF-C在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为85.33%和69.33%,均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);在有淋巴结转移组的乳腺癌组织中MIF、VEGF-C的阳性率分别是95.24%和83.33%,均明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01);MIF、VEGF-C在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。MIF表达在肿瘤大小间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),VEGF-C表达在组织学分级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MIF、VEGF-C表达与患者年龄、临床分期、雌、孕激素受体和cerbB-2表达均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MIF和VEGF-C高表达可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展中相互调节,并通过某些机制促进乳腺癌淋巴结转移。 Objective:To investigate the expression and association of macrophage migration inhibitory factors(MIF) and vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) in the breast cancer and the adjacent normal tissues.Methods:Immunohistochemistry Elivision was used to detect the expressions of MIF and VEGF-C protein in 75 breast cancer and the adjacent normal breast tissues.The relationship between their expression and the clinical pathology was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of MIF and VEGF-C in the tissue of breast cancer were 85.33% and 69.33% respectively,which was obviously higher than that in the corresponding adjacent normal breast tissues(P0.05);the positive expression rates of MIF and VEGF-C in the lymph node positive group were 95.24% and 83.33% respectively,which was obviously higher than that in the lymph node negative group(P0.01);the expression of MIF and VEGF-C had positive correlation in the tissues of breast cancer(P0.05);the expression of MIF were positively correlated with the tumor size(P0.01),and the expression of VEGF-C had positive correlation with the histological grade(P0.05).The positive expression of MIF and VEGF-C had no significant difference in the age,clinical stage,ER,PR or cerbB-2(P0.05).Conclusions:It suggests that high expression of VEGF-C and MIF may promote the metastasis of breast carcinoma by mutual adjustment through some mechanism.
