The Influencing Factors Analysis of Training Creative Talents in Chinese Colleges and Universities and Countermeasures

在对创新与创新人才进行界定的基础上,分析了制约我国高校创新人才培养的影响因素,并提出了鼓励创新高校改革的对策。认为,创新型人才的培养必须转变办学观念、改革高校管理体制与制度、改革教学体系,完善办学条件。

This paper analyses the influencing factors of creative talents training of chinese colleges and universities,based on defining innovation and creative talents,and Proposed the measures to encourage colleges and universities reform and innovate.The views are that training innovative talents must change the concept of school,reform management system and the system,reform teaching and studying system,improve school conditions.
