MBR污水处理工艺在屠宰废水中的应用

摘要 根据屠宰废水的特点,介绍了采用膜生物反应器(MBR)深度处理工艺处理屠宰废水过程中的水质指标与运行参数。通过对污泥负荷以及膜污染状况进行研究的结果表明:适当调整排泥量,使膜池污泥质量浓度维持在5~8g/L可缓解膜污染速度。 :According to the characteristics of slaughtering wastewater, this paper introduces the water-quality index and operational parameters in processing slaughtering wastewater by using membrane bio-reactor (MBR)technique. On the basis of investigating the conditions of sludge loading and membrane con-tamination,it is proved that the appropriate adjustments to mud amount maitain the sludge concentration ofthe membrane pool quality at 5 8 g/L,so as to alleviate membrane fouling rate.
