上海市各区县自然灾害脆弱性评价

Natural disaster vulnerability assessment for districts and counties of Shanghai City

为了提高上海市应对自然灾害的能力,以多灾种复合情况为背景,综合考虑暴露性、敏感性和应对能力3项指标,运用模糊综合评判方法对上海市的自然灾害脆弱性进行评价。将上海市自然灾害脆弱性分为低度脆弱性、较低度脆弱性、中度脆弱性、较高度脆弱性和高度脆弱性5个等级,并借助Arcview软件编制了上海市自然灾害脆弱性评价图。结果表明:上海市自然灾害脆弱性较高的地区主要集中在中心城区,郊区的脆弱性普遍较低。评价结果与实际情况相吻合。

In order to improve the ability against natural disaster of Shanghai City,on the background of multi-disasters,taking three indexes into account including exposure,sensitivity and disaster-against ability,the natural disaster vulnerability of Shanghai City was assessed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then the natural disaster vulnerability of Shanghai was divided into five levels,very low,low,medium,high and very high.At last,the natural disaster vulnerability assessment map of Shanghai City was worked out by Arcview software.The result showed that the high vulnerability areas were mainly in the central zones of Shanghai City,while the outskirt was generally in low level.The result agreed with the practical condition.
