摘要
建立了氧化铝回转窑喷雾干燥塔的3D数值模型,应用CFD商业软件Fluent对其进行仿真计算。分析了塔内部温度、速度的分布及颗粒运动轨道与干燥速率。结果表明,干燥塔温度和速度分布较为合理,干燥带集中发生在中上部;塔内液滴的干燥速度较快,干燥塔的设计能够满足工艺的要求。实际工业应用表明,该工艺不但能降低建筑成本,也能够节约回转窑能耗。
A 3-dimensional numerical model of spray dryer tower was built with the use of the CFD package Fluent.The distributions of temperature,velocity,particles tracks and drying speed inside the tower were analyzed.The results show that the distributions of temperature and velocity fields inside the tower are applicable,and the main drying area is on the top of the tower where the drying speed of liquid droplet is very fast.Industrial applications show that this technology can reduce the construction cost of rotary kiln and energy consumption.
