摘要
采用科学技术手段对安徽天长三角圩西汉墓出土的部分铜器和铁器样品进行检测分析。XRD物相分析显示,青铜器及铁器表面锈蚀均为无害锈,可予以保留;XRF成分分析结果表明,三件青铜容器一件为锡青铜,两件为铅锡青铜;金相显微镜结合扫面电镜观察可知,三件青铜样品均为热锻而成,组织均匀,铁剑材质为铸铁脱碳钢,铁釜为白口铁铸造而成。
The bronze wares and ironwares,excavated at Sanjiaowei in Tianchang country,Anhui Province,were analyzed by means of scientific methods,such as XRD,XRF,SEM and metallographic microscope.The results showed that the corrosion products on the surface of bronze wares and ironwares were harmless and could be reserved.One bronze piece was made of Cu-Sn while the other two bronze samples were Cu-Sn-Pb alloys.Three bronze wares were manufactured by the technology of hot forging with uniform texture,and the iron sword was made of steel annealed by cast iron with less impurity and iron kettle was cast by white iron.
