无创正压通气治疗急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨无创正压通气(BiPAP)治疗急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法 50例急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭患者,在常规治疗无效基础上采用BiPAP呼吸机经鼻面罩双向正压通气治疗。观察治疗前后患者血气分析、血压、心率和呼吸频率的变化。结果给予经鼻面罩BiPAP通气治疗后44例患者呼吸频率、心率、血压、血气分析等指标明显改善,3例无效改为气管插管。BiPAP治疗总有效率为88%。结论无创正压通气可有效纠正低氧血症,改善急性心肌梗死患者的心功能。
