摘要 乳酸杆菌是人体中重要的益生菌,被公认为食品级的微生物,在疾病预防、治疗、抗衰老和抗肿瘤等方面发挥着重要的作用。目前,乳酸杆菌的研究主要集中于基因治疗、功能蛋白表达及作为新型疫苗载体等方面。以乳酸杆菌为载体的疫苗主要有避孕疫苗和人乳头瘤病毒疫苗等,工程化改造的乳酸杆菌在疾病预防和治疗中有着更为广阔的前景。 Lactobacillus is a kind of probiotics in vivo, regarded as food-grade microbe, which play an important part in disease prevention and treatment, anti-aging and anti-tumor. Current studies of lactobacillus are mainly focused on gene therapy,functional protein expression and novel vaccine vectors etc. , Major vaccines using lactobacillus as vectors are contraceptive vaccine and HPV vaccine. The enigeering of lactobacillus has demonstrated a more broad application prospects in disease prevention and treatment.
