摘要
反转录酶-聚合酶链锁反应(RT-PCR)在病毒监测中的作用随着其自身的发展越来越重要,它从最初的RT-PCR到与其他各项新兴技术相结合,逐渐发展成实时荧光定量RT-PCR、多重RT-PCR、多重实时荧光RT-PCR、多重PCR技术为基础的反式线点杂交、环介导的反转录等温扩增、反转录为基础的电喷雾电离质谱技术、扩增片段长度多态性分析等各项技术。现对这几项技术在病毒检测中的优点与不足予以综述。
The function of reverse transcriptase-PCR (RT-PCR) has become more and more important in the detection of virus with its development, which has evolved from the initial RT-PCR to a number of methods combined with other emerging techniques, for example, real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR, multiple RT-PCR, multiple real-time fluorescence RT-PCR, multiplex PCR-based reverse line blot hybridization,loop-mediated isothermal amplification, multi-locus RT-PCR followed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, amplified fragment length polymorphism, etc. , the pros and cons of which are to be reviewed here.
