重复性剖宫产术中观察新式剖宫产与改良新式剖宫产对产妇的影响

Influences of Improved New-style Cesarean Section and New-style Cesarean Section in Repeated Cesarean Section

目的探讨剖宫产的手术方式对产妇的影响。方法采用病例对照方法,选择在2005年5月至2010年5月间,首次为改良新式剖宫产950例作为观察组,首次为新式剖宫产450例作为对照组,研究不同的手术方式对产妇的影响。结果首次为改良新式剖宫产的观察组的腹壁及腹腔粘连、总手术时间、切皮至胎儿娩出时间、出血量明显低于首次为新式剖宫产的对照组(P<0.01)。结论改良新式剖宫产二次手术时对产妇的影响明显低于首次为新式剖宫产者。

Objective Probe into the influences of operation style of cesarean section on parturient. Methods A case control study was conducted in this paper. From May 2005 to May 2010, the observation group consists 950 cases of improved new-style cesarean section for the first time, the control group was made up of 450 cases of new-style cesarean section for the first time. The influences on parturient of different operation methods are studied in this paper. Results The abdominal wail, abdominal adhesion, the whole operation time, skin incision, fetus expu]sive time and blood loss of parturient in observation group axe all lower than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The influences of improved new-style cesarean section on parturient is small than those of new-style cesaxean section.
