摘要
目的研究天津滨海新区地区中耳炎及鼻窦炎分泌物的主要病原菌分布及对抗生素的耐药情况,以指导临床用药。方法分别对98例鼻部,162例耳部黏性及脓性分泌物培养并对分离的病原菌进行药物敏感试验。结果分离出病原菌株,耳部以金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌为主,真菌3株。鼻部以表皮及溶血性链球菌为主,不同细菌有各自的敏感药物谱。耳部对两者敏感性高的为环丙沙星、万古霉素、克林霉素、头孢西丁等,鼻部多为头孢哌酮、夫西地酸钠、头孢地嗪、万古霉素等。结论金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌现为滨海新区地区慢性化脓性中耳炎的主要致病菌,而鼻部则以表皮葡萄球菌及溶血性葡萄球菌为主,临床医师应根据细菌培养和药敏结果用药,准确有效地治疗。
Objective To study the pathogenic bacteria distribution of the secretion of tympanitis and sinusitis and their drug resistance in Binhai new district of Tiaujin to provide guidellens for clinical medicine use. Methods The mclicera or purulent secretion of 98 patients'samples from noses and 162 samples from ears were cultivated. Medication sensitivity of the bacteria were tested at the end, Results The bacteria were separated successfully. The bacteria in ears are mostly golden staphylococcus anreus and pseudomanas aeruginosa. 3 strains of epiphyte were separated too. The bacteria from noses are mostly cuticular and hemolytic streptococcus. Different bacteria have different sensitive drug spectrums. The ears sensitive drugs are ciprofloxacin, vaneomycin, clindamycin and eefoxitin. The nose sensitive drugs are cefopcrazone, sodium fusidate, cefodizime and vancomycin. Conclusion The golden staphylococcus and aerugo pseudomonas are the most important nosogenesis of chronic purulent tympanitis. And for the nosogenesis of nasosinusitis are cuticle staphylococcus and hemolysis staphylococcus. The clinic physician should adopt accurate and effective treatment according to bacteria culture and drug sensitivity experiments.
