摘要
可靠性分配一直是系统顶层设计的一个关键问题,基于响应面的协同分配法是在协作优化的基础上发展起来的一种新的分配方法。基于响应面的协同分配法在选取中心点和置信域时无规律可循,选择不当可能导致收敛缓慢甚至发散,针对此该文引入遗传算法来进行中心点和置信域的选取。经过实例证明,改进后的基于响应面的协同分配法的分配效果更好,鲁棒性更强,更有利于应用到实际工程中去。
Reliability allocation has always bonn a key problem in the conceptual design of a system.Collaborative allocation based on the response surface is a newly developed method of allocation based on the collaborative optimization,The collaborative allocation method has a disadvantage on the selection of the central point and the confidence region,to overcome this problem, the genetic algorithm is introduced.It is testified that the improved algorithm has a better effectiveness and robustness,thus is more efficient to be applied to the actual project.
