摘要 对于薄壁注塑件,翘曲变形是影响其质量最主要的问题之一。以碎纸机进纸口薄壁件为例,采用Moldflow软件对制品的注塑工艺进行了数值模拟。通过采用正交试验,获得了不同工艺条件下的翘曲变形值,从而寻找出影响翘曲变形的关键因素和最优的工艺参数组合。 For thin-wall injection molded parts, warpage was one of the most important factors affecting the quality of products. In this paper, a thin-wall plastic part used in the kneader was taken as an example; the injection molding process of the part was simulated by using Moldflow software. Based on the orthogonal test, the warpage values for different process conditions were obtained. Then, the key factors influencing warpage and the optimal process parameter combination were found out.
