摘要
通过扫描电镜(SEM)研究了滑石粉填充共聚聚丙烯(Co-PP)划痕形变的特性。研究表明:滑石粉填充共聚PP的划痕形变是由于"黏滑"现象造成的,拉伸变形纤维化、空洞、滑石粉裸露及滑石粉与基材界面结合差导致了划痕发白产生。随着耐划伤性能提高,剪切屈服区宽度与"鱼纹"现象降低,"黏滑"现象消失。通过对划痕形变特性的研究,将对开发良好耐划伤性能的PP材料提供帮助。
The scratch deformation behavior of talc-containing polypropylene copolymer (Co-PP) had been studied by SEM. The study indicated that the stick-slip phenomenon was responsible for the scratch deformation of talc-filled Co-PP. Tensile deformed of fibrils, voids, naked talc and interfacial deboning between the talc and matrix attributed to the occurrence of scratch whitening. With scratch resistance increasing, the wide of shear yield area and "fish-scale" phenomenon being decreased, the stick-slip phenomena was invisible. Study of the scratch deformation behavior will assist the development of good scratchresistant PP.
