摘要
研究了兰州石化开发的高速自动包装膜用LLDPE专用料7042H、进口专用料1002KW和218W的流变行为。实验结果表明,三种高速自动包装膜专用料熔体属于非牛顿型假塑性流体;n随温度升高而增大,熔体非牛顿性随温度升高而减小,即熔体偏离牛顿流体的程度变小。1002KW专用料对温度敏感性较大,成型加工时温度调整效果较好。7042H和218W专用料对剪切敏感性较大,成型加工时对剪切速率或剪切应力的调整效果较好。高速自动包装膜用专用料摩尔质量的高低及其分布对其黏度有一定的影响。
The rheological behaviors of several special LLDPE resins for high speed and automatic packaging film including 7042H which was produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, imported 1002KW and 218W were studied. The results showed that the melt of 7042H, 1002KW and 218W belonged to non-Newtonian pseudo plastic liquid. Accretion of n along with temperature, 1002KW had sensitivity to temperature and it was effective to adjust the temperature of process in blowing film, 7042H and 218W had sensitivity to shear so it was better to regulate shear stress or shear rate during process of blowing film. The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of several special LLDPE resins for high speed and automatic packaging film had some effect on its viscosity.
