多胎妊娠减胎术临床分析

Clinical analysis of multifetal pregnancy

目的探讨选择性多胎妊娠减胎手术的方法、安全性及结局。方法选择因多胎妊娠行减胎术的患者22例,均在孕6-8周间采用改良机械破坏法加抽吸胚胎法进行减胎。结果 22例患者中流产1例,早产5例,11例足月产7,例在正常妊娠过程中;16例已出生的32个婴儿中畸形1例(脑积水),其余为正常新生儿。结论改良机械破坏法加抽吸胚胎法适用于6-8周的多胎妊娠,具有安全、有效、操作简单的优点。

Objective To discuss the operative methods,security and outcome of multi-fetus reduction.Methods There were 22 cases which were selected who had multifetal pregnancy among 2004 to 2010 years.The improved-multi-fetus-reduction was adopted to reduce fetus.Results 21 cases of 22 patients were succeeded reduce for once and one case who had conceived 6 fetus was reduced by 2 times,2 tire buds were reduced at the first,three days later,one tire buds was destroyed and one was died by naturally,and one case of conceived-4-fetus were reduced 2 tire buds,and one case of conceived-3-fetus were destroyed one tire buds,however,one of remained have has died because of hydrocephalus after birth at 27 weeks,another was a healthy infant.In those 22 cases who had muiti-fetus reduction,one case was premature born as rupture of membrane,5 cases were premature born as 35-37 weeks,11 cases had born full-term,7 cases in a normal pregnancy process.16 cases had been born 32 baby deformity in one case（hydrocephalus）,with the rest for the normal newborns.Conclusion It is security,effective and simple operation to reduce multi-fetus at 6-8 weeks by busing improved-multi-fetus-reduction.
