妇科养荣胶囊在卵巢储备功能减退者助孕治疗中的临床观察

A clinical observation for gynecological Yang Rong capsule in assisted reproductive therapy of patients with dysfunction in ovarian reserve

目的观察妇科养荣胶囊对卵巢储备功能减退不孕症患者预处理后的助孕效果。方法选择经中西医诊断为卵巢储备功能减退不孕患者40例,服用妇科养荣胶囊预处理3个疗程,测定其前、后月经周期第3d促卵泡成熟素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)及促卵泡成熟素/促黄体生成素(FSH/LH)比值,窦卵泡计数。所有病例均给予门诊促排卵治疗1周期,观察其排卵率及妊娠率。结果服用妇科养荣胶囊前后血清FSH([9.77±3.45)mIU/ml与(6.87±1.41)mIU/ml]、E2([62.29±31.56)ng/L与(42.69±10.38)ng/L]及FSH/LH比值([3.36±2.10与1.74±0.73)]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后窦卵泡数增加28例(70%),促排卵成功28例(70%),获妊娠25例(37.5%)。结论妇科养荣胶囊可改善卵巢储备功能,提高患者的助孕治疗结局。

Objective To observe the progesterone effect of gynecological Yang Rong capsule on infertile patients with diminished ovarian reserve after pretreatment.Methods 40 patients with infertility who were diagnosed by Chinese and Western medical method were selected in the study.The patients with decreased ovarian reserve was to take gynecological Yang Rong capsule for 3 courses of pre-treatment,and follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,estradiol（E2）,follicle stimulating hormone / luteinizing hormone（FSH / LH） ratio and antral follicle count were measured before and 3 days after menstrual cycle.All patients were treated for an ovulation cycle and observed ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Results The serum FSH was 9.77 ± 3.45 and 6.87 ± 1.41,E2 was 62.29 ± 31.56 and 42.69 ± 10.38 and FSH / LH ratio 3.36±2.10 and 1.74 ± 0.73 before and after taking gynecological Yang Rong capsule（P0.05）.The number of follicles were increased in 28 cases（70%）,ovulation was successful in 28 cases（70%） and 25 cases were pregnancy（37.5%） after treatment.Conclusion Gynecological Yang Rong capsule can improve ovarian reserve and the assisted reproductive treatment can be improved.
